  • Help Me Build This Workshop, Please!

You are invited to come on a journey

Are you packaged with opinions, advice and some experience? Perhaps you are one of my cheerleaders or first aid givers when I fall flat on my face?

    I need you !

    And find I did.

Visme.com A creative design tool so awesome my eyes about popped out!

And renderforset.com to make animated explainer videos, and logos. First one done!

But, what’s the best way for myself and others to really learn and understand the Mediate Your Life series??

Then I discovered material on gamification! What, learn and have fun? Oh, yeah. Time to level it up.

Along with many other many other strategies to boost cognitive engagement.

And, so that I can stay consistent and on track, I created a framework from scratch for creating my blog post and workshop lessons.

But then my old nemesis showed up, Shiny Object syndrome. So many ways to make great presentations, so many courses on how to make great content. I knew I was missing something critical.

Accountability partners! They helped me get my blog off the ground. And most importantly, they keep me on track. Having to check in with them, pulled me out of my fascination with every new thing that would come along, and kept me focused on making progress.

So I’m asking for help again. I’m hopeful that most of my past helpers will step up again, but I’d also like to ask anyone who’s reading this for help as well.

I would be ecstatic if you would send me your email address.

    PDjourneys1@gmail.com

That’s right, no contact from. If you can’t be bothered to copy and paste my email address into the “to” field from your own email account, than perhaps you should just skip this. I’m looking for people who genuinely would like to participate.

  • Let’s Make Progress On Our Dreams

Learn your own recipe for the passion and momentum to reach your goals.

Do you have a project that can’t seem to make any progress on?

Something stopping you every time to set down to work on it?

Even though you are passionate about doing it, does the idea of working on it stress you out?

Or have you been working on bits and pieces of it for what seems like forever, but still can’t make any real progress?

Imagine being able to start your project with ease. Have the energy and excitement to work on your day-to-day action steps right away. Being able to recognize when the gremlins of procrastination and self-doubt show up and have the insight to face and overcome them.

I’ve been using productivity and life coaching principles for years to build lasting habits to achieve my goals.

    • I’ve created a 5 day a week workout habit that’s been going strong for over 2 years.
    • I’ve had a morning routine that includes a planner system for over 3 years.
    • And with my best discovery of having a support system of accountability partners, I took on the challenge of creating this website and blog, my long-term goal of an online course, and this 10-day challenge .

In each of these, I developed a system to keep me going. Knowing that it may take me a year to complete the online course I’m working on, I needed a way to break it down into a smaller, more manageable process.

So this 10-day challenge was born.

If you have a project, small or large, that you are ready to make progress on, why don’t you join me?

During this challenge, we will uncover and create a template for progress that is customizable for each person. In these 10 days, we will focus on the principles from the book The Art Of Impossible (Part 1:Motivation.). Along with life coaching as a general framework, We will discover our own recipes for success.

After we go thru these 10 days, you will have discovered for yourself, how to :

With daily inspirational and instructional videos that help you find and reignite your fire for your project. Along with a workbook with simple actionable steps to get moving.

A weekly evaluation to track our progress. A time to review what’s working and what isn’t, so, that we can clarify our next steps. Or break things down even further, if we have bitten off more than we can chew.

In our private Facebook group, you’ll be able to meet and share this experience with the other participates of the challenge. A place to ask questions, share challenges, celebrate and cheer on others.

This session is free, but I’m limiting it to 7 participants. If you are interested, email me.

P.S. The dates for this are June 14-26, which is actually 13 days. We will take the weekend off from working on our projects. There will be a short video for Saturday for the review.

    what you will not need

    Tons of time:

Each day will have a 5-10 minute video for inspiration and a bit of instruction on building your fire recipe, a couple of actionable steps. After our energy is flowing, we’ll set our timers to work on our projects.

    Tons of Commitment:

This is the first part of a larger 4 part Passion Challenge, but these 10 days are focused on building your fire recipe. You can participate in the ones to come, but they aren’t needed to get the full benefit of this challenge.

    Tons scheduling

Show up to do the work daily when it’s convenient for you. The lessons will be pre-recorded, and accessible 24-7, as long as the challenge if going

***This program is not designed to address any mental illness. If you are experiencing depression or states that need attention from a mental health practitioner, please contact one.
